A real person answers at any hour and dispatches straight away.
Every water heater repair job in Proberta starts with a diagnosis rather than a guess. We identify the actual cause, show you what we found, then quote a flat rate in writing. You approve the number before any work begins, and it does not change afterwards. If two legitimate solutions exist, you get both prices and an honest explanation of the trade-offs instead of a single option presented as the only one.
Our trucks serving Proberta carry the parts that solve the majority of water heater repair calls on the first visit, which is why most customers are back to normal the same day. Where a job needs parts we do not stock or a permit, we tell you the timeline upfront rather than discovering it halfway through.
We do not publish a single figure for water heater repair because the honest answer depends on what we find. What we do commit to is this: the price is flat-rate, it is given to you in writing before work starts, and it is identical at 2am on a holiday and 2pm on a Tuesday. Call (888) 809-6756 and describe the problem, and we can usually give a realistic range over the phone before anyone is dispatched.
If the tank itself is leaking, replacement is the only real fix. If the problem is a thermostat, element, thermocouple or valve and the heater is under about ten years old, a repair usually makes sense. We quote both options in Proberta so you can choose.
In most cases yes. Our Proberta trucks carry common elements, thermostats, thermocouples, igniters and relief valves, so the majority of no-hot-water calls are solved on the first visit.
Sediment has settled on the tank bottom and water is boiling underneath it. A flush usually clears it. Hard water across much of California builds sediment quickly, so a yearly flush extends tank life noticeably.
