A real person answers at any hour and dispatches straight away.
Every emergency plumbing job in Proberta starts with a diagnosis rather than a guess. We identify the actual cause, show you what we found, then quote a flat rate in writing. You approve the number before any work begins, and it does not change afterwards. If two legitimate solutions exist, you get both prices and an honest explanation of the trade-offs instead of a single option presented as the only one.
Our trucks serving Proberta carry the parts that solve the majority of emergency plumbing calls on the first visit, which is why most customers are back to normal the same day. Where a job needs parts we do not stock or a permit, we tell you the timeline upfront rather than discovering it halfway through.
We do not publish a single figure for emergency plumbing because the honest answer depends on what we find. What we do commit to is this: the price is flat-rate, it is given to you in writing before work starts, and it is identical at 2am on a holiday and 2pm on a Tuesday. Call (888) 809-6756 and describe the problem, and we can usually give a realistic range over the phone before anyone is dispatched.
Most emergency calls in Proberta are dispatched within minutes of your phone call, and a plumber is typically at the door the same hour. When you call (888) 809-6756 we confirm your address, walk you through shutting off the water, and give you a live arrival window.
No. Jeff Lane charges the same flat rates in Proberta at 2am on a Sunday as at 2pm on a Tuesday. You get the price before the work begins, so an emergency never turns into a surprise invoice.
Shut off the main water valve, usually at the street side of the house or near the water heater. Turn off power to any flooded area at the breaker, move belongings clear of the water, and open a low faucet to drain pressure from the pipes.
