A real person answers at any hour and dispatches straight away.
Every leak detection job in Orleans starts with a diagnosis rather than a guess. We identify the actual cause, show you what we found, then quote a flat rate in writing. You approve the number before any work begins, and it does not change afterwards. If two legitimate solutions exist, you get both prices and an honest explanation of the trade-offs instead of a single option presented as the only one.
Our trucks serving Orleans carry the parts that solve the majority of leak detection calls on the first visit, which is why most customers are back to normal the same day. Where a job needs parts we do not stock or a permit, we tell you the timeline upfront rather than discovering it halfway through.
We do not publish a single figure for leak detection because the honest answer depends on what we find. What we do commit to is this: the price is flat-rate, it is given to you in writing before work starts, and it is identical at 2am on a holiday and 2pm on a Tuesday. Call (888) 809-6756 and describe the problem, and we can usually give a realistic range over the phone before anyone is dispatched.
Acoustic sensors pick up the sound of water escaping a pressurized pipe, and thermal imaging shows temperature differences from hot water lines. Between the two we usually mark the spot within inches before anything is opened.
Turn off every fixture and appliance in the house, then watch the water meter. If the dial still creeps, water is leaving the system somewhere. That test takes two minutes and is worth doing before you call.
In most Orleans homes yes. Accessible repairs are done on the same visit. Slab and under-foundation repairs sometimes need a return visit with additional equipment, quoted before we begin.
